Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships and identify business development opportunities.
- Develop monthly and annual sales strategy and goals.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
- Generate and develop sales and convert leads.
- Arrange business meetings with clients if and when required.
- Achieve consistent excellence in sales performance, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
- Communicating regularly with Operations and Client Relations departments
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of extensive experience of working with inside sales .
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with demonstrated history of converting leads.
- Strong fluency in verbal and written English.
- Good sales planning skills.
- Highly structured and detail oriented.
